Biography (1)

  • This is Md Fazlul Hoque, currently a Professor of Mathematics at the Pabna University of Science and Technology, Pabna 6600, Bangladesh. He received his PhD in Mathematics at the School of Mathematics and Physics at the University of Queensland, St Lucia, Brisbane, Australia under the supervision of Professor Dr. Yao-Zhong Zhang and Dr. Ian Marquette in January 2018. He also worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, Czech Republic and as a visiting researcher at the Department of Mathematics, University of Hawaii, Honolulu, USA. He also served as a Dean of the Faculty of Science and the Chairman of the Department of Mathematics at Pabna University of Science and Technology. Dr. Hoque’s current research interests primarily lie in the field of Mathematical Physics, in particular, finite-dimensional classical and quantum integrable and superintegrable systems, exactly solvable models, quadratic and polynomial algebras, special functions and orthogonal polynomials and Lie (super)algebra. His research has been published in various scholarly journals such as Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and Theoretical, Journal of Mathematical Physics, Annals of Physics, European Physics Journal Plus, Chinese Journal of Physics, Chinese Physics B, Pramana-Journal of Physics, Results in Physics and Physica Scripta. His total number of publications is more than 60. He attended and presented his scientific works at more than 24 conferences and seminars in Bangladesh, India, Australia, France, Canada, Thailand, Czech Republic, and Poland.
